Hi, I’m Helen!
I am a nutrition coach and yoga teacher as well as a competitive cyclist. My active lifestyle has taken me on a journey with my own nutrition which has really transformed what I have been able to achieve and how I have felt doing it. I truly believe nutrition is often the missing element in helping people achieve the health and fitness that they truly desire.
I believe that your nutrition plan should be based on you, your goals and built gradually over the time. Teamwork is a crucial part of my coaching approach as you truly are the expert on you. Together we will build skills and knowledge at a rate that is sustainable for you.
